Operating a website requires basic technical information, such as the request address, browser and device characteristics, the pages requested, and timing information. This information is used to serve pages, keep the website available, and detect or prevent abuse.

Authentication and session information

Portal access uses passwordless email sign-in. When an authorized user signs in, necessary authentication and session information is created so the portal can confirm who is signed in and what that person is permitted to see.

Information provided inside authorized workflows

Client, employee, and administrator users may voluntarily provide information inside the workflows they are authorized to use, such as service requests, messages, documents, availability, training records, and incident reports. This information is available only to appropriately authenticated and authorized users.

Artificial Intelligence Concierge

The Concierge is an informational assistant. It answers general questions about services, service area, and the consultation process. It is not a security dispatcher, an emergency service, a human representative, a legal adviser, or a guaranteed source of operational advice.

• Concierge conversations are intended to remain in the memory of the active browser session and are not intentionally stored as chat transcripts.
• Messages are sent to the hosting platform's Artificial Intelligence service so a reply can be generated, together with limited technical and abuse-prevention information.
• Please do not enter confidential operational details, exact addresses, access codes, alarm codes, travel schedules, medical information, financial information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information into the Concierge.
• If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Infrastructure provider

This website is built and operated on Lovable, which provides the native hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, and Artificial Intelligence infrastructure used by the website and the portals. Information described in this notice is processed on that infrastructure so the website can function.

How information is used

Information is used only for appropriate operational and legal purposes.

• Providing, maintaining, and securing the website and the portals
• Confirming who is signed in and what that person is authorized to access
• Responding to messages sent to the public email address
• Supporting client and employee workflows that an authorized user initiates
• Preventing, detecting, and investigating abuse or security incidents
• Meeting operational, contractual, and legal obligations

Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed for operational, contractual, security, and legal purposes, and is then deleted or reviewed for deletion. Talent Network applicant information is retained and reviewed under the separate Applicant Privacy Notice.

No sale, no advertising, no third-party analytics

• Personal information is not sold.
• Personal information is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• The website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
• Only necessary authentication and security cookies or equivalent session technology are used. There is no optional tracking technology, so there is no tracking choice to collect.

Portal information

Portal pages are not public. They are available only to appropriately authenticated and authorized users, and access is enforced on the server for every read and write.
