Applicant Privacy Notice

Information collected may include

• Name and contact information
• City and state
• Employment interests and availability
• Security-registration status
• Relevant experience and qualifications
• Age and work-authorization attestations
• The privacy-notice version acknowledged at submission
• Limited technical security information used to prevent abuse

Battalion Protection Group uses this information to

• Review potential employment qualifications
• Consider individuals for current or future opportunities
• Communicate regarding recruitment when appropriate
• Protect the form and website against misuse
• Maintain recruitment and compliance records
• Respond to lawful requests and protect legal rights

Processing and disclosure

Applicant information may be processed using Lovable’s hosting, database, authentication, and security infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect applicants, Battalion Protection Group, or others.

Battalion Protection Group does not sell applicant personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and review

Applicant information is generally scheduled for retention review four years after submission. Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for an active recruitment process, legal or regulatory requirement, dispute, claim, investigation, or verified privacy request. A retention-review date is not an automatic deletion date.

Short-lived technical security records used for tokens and rate limiting are retained only for the limited periods stated in the form-security system.

Please do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial information, medical information, criminal-history details, identity-document numbers, passwords, access codes, client locations, client schedules, or other highly sensitive information through the Talent Network form.

Requests concerning your information

Depending on applicable law, an individual may have rights concerning access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Requests may be sent to office@bpgsecurity.com. Battalion Protection Group may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
